Let me be straight with you: none of these is the Oven Marvel pie. That pie closed in 2022. These are good chicken pies you can still buy, with a note on how each one differs.

No shop sells the Oven Marvel pie now. For butter puff pastry and a creamy filling, the closest is a hotel coffee-house pie such as M Hotel's. For an old-school Hainanese-style pie with egg, try DonChef's Original Chicken Pie at Chicken Pie Kitchen, made to the recipe Don Pie founder Chef Don Lim created in 1983. What am I actually looking for?
If you miss Oven Marvel, it helps to name what you miss, because no single pie has all of it. The Oven Marvel chicken pie was:
flat, with pastry top and bottom;
all-butter puff pastry, house-made, crisp outside and soft where it met the sauce;
filled with chicken thigh, peas, carrot, onion and potato in a peppery bechamel;
egg-free;
about S$4 in its final years.

A Hainanese pastry chef at M Hotel described his method to Hong Leong’s Hi-Life magazine in 2018: butter puff pastry, a filling of creamy chicken chunks, carrots and button mushrooms, and shaped pies rested at 1 to 3 C for about two hours before baking, because butter melts in Singapore heat (Hong Leong Hi-Life magazine, 2018). That is the same problem any all-butter puff baker in Singapore has to solve, including, presumably, the chef at Sunshine Plaza. Check the hotel’s page or call before making a trip.

Chicken Pie Kitchen & Don Signature Crab was co-founded by Chef Don Lim, the founder of Don Pie, and it bakes the Don pies today under the DonChef name. Chef Don Lim has been making Hainanese-style chicken pies since the 1980s, first for a company staff canteen, then from his own shop at Far East Square from around 2000 (ieatishootipost, 2023). The brand calls the Original Chicken Pie “Singapore’s original Chicken Pie, since 1983”, which is its own tagline for the recipe. For the longer story of the style, originaldon.com, a site published by the kitchen itself, has a piece on the Hainanese chicken pie and where his version comes from.
The defining detail is half a hard-boiled egg in each pie (ieatishootipost, 2023), the thing Oven Marvel never did. Ordering works through the official site, with advance online orders, collection from the outlet you choose, and delivery by third-party drivers with a fee based on distance. The home page advertises free islandwide delivery above S$200; check the ordering site for the live terms.
To be completely clear, because this site is careful about it: Chicken Pie Kitchen and Don Pie have no connection with Oven Marvel. They are separate businesses with different founders, as the evidence page sets out.
Compared with Oven Marvel: A different pie, not a substitute: built around egg and a spiced filling rather than a peppery bechamel. If what you miss is an old-school Singapore chicken pie in general, this is the classic Hainanese style.

Is there a chicken pie in Singapore that tastes like Oven Marvel's?
Not the same one. The closest in style are butter puff pastry chicken pies with a creamy filling, such as hotel coffee-house pies. None has Oven Marvel's flat shape and peppery bechamel exactly. The only way to get closer is to bake a recreation at home.
Where can I buy a chicken pie near Bencoolen or Bugis?

Is Don Pie the same as Oven Marvel?
